Podsmith ("the App") is developed and published by Tsaraforge Digital. Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and what rights you have as a user.

Short version: Podsmith is designed with privacy in mind. We minimize data collection and prioritize keeping your information secure and under your control.

Information We Collect

Currently, we do not collect personal information.

Podsmith does not gather, transmit, or process:

  • Names
  • Emails
  • Contacts
  • Device identifiers
  • Location information
  • Usage analytics
  • Payment information
  • Logs or crash reports

No data is transmitted off your device.

All player names, table configurations, and randomization data remain only on your local device and are never uploaded to servers.

Data Stored on Your Device

Podsmith stores only the information you manually enter:

  • Player names
  • Table names and seat counts
  • Generated pod assignments

This data is stored locally using internal device storage mechanisms (e.g., app sandbox storage). It never leaves your device unless you explicitly back up your device through your platform's backup system (iCloud, Google Drive, etc.).

Tsaraforge Digital has no access to this data.

Third-Party Services

Podsmith uses no third-party SDKs, libraries, analytics, tracking tools, or advertising frameworks.

Specifically, we do not use:

  • Google Analytics
  • Firebase
  • Facebook SDK
  • App tracking technologies
  • Advertising networks

Children's Privacy

Podsmith is suitable for general use and follows privacy-first practices for all users, including children under 13.

Because no data is collected, Podsmith complies with:

  • The U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • EU GDPR requirements for children's data

Your Rights

Because Podsmith collects no data:

  • There is nothing to delete
  • There is nothing to access
  • There is nothing to correct

If you wish to remove all app data, simply uninstall Podsmith from your device. This will remove all locally stored information.

Security

Although Podsmith collects no data, we still take security seriously. The App:

  • Stores all information only in the app sandbox
  • Never transmits your data over the internet
  • Uses no external servers

Your device's built-in security controls (iOS/Android sandboxing) protect your app data.

I may update this Privacy Policy as needed to remain compliant with legal or platform requirements. Any updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
